General Inquiries & Availability

For inquiries regarding the availability, dimensions, or detailed imagery of any artwork, sculpture, or artifact listed, please contact us directly via the contact page. We are committed to prompt and thorough responses.

Custom Commission Process

Initial Consultation & Concept: We discuss your vision, desired medium (sculpture, digital art, artifact adaptation, etc.), size, and budget.
Quotation & Contract: A formal quote and a specific commission contract outlining the scope, timeline, and final price are provided.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [50%] of the total commission price is typically required to secure the project and commence work.
Creation & Updates: The artist begins the creation process, providing periodic updates (photos or videos) at agreed-upon milestones.
Final Approval & Payment: Upon completion and your final digital approval, the remaining balance is due.

Cryptocurrency Payments

While we accept various payment methods, our policy for cryptocurrency payments is designed to ensure maximum security, mutual verification, and compliance for the transfer of high-value physical or unique digital assets (including sculptures, artifacts, and physical artworks).

Cryptocurrency Payment Policy: In-Person Exchange Required

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and the high value of our unique artworks and artifacts, all crypto payments require a mandatory, secured, face-to-face exchange. This policy supersedes all standard shipping procedures and ensures the Buyer can personally inspect the Artwork's condition and authenticity before making the final, irreversible transfer directly to the Artist’s wallet.

Summary of Secure Crypto Exchange Process:

Formal Agreement: The final price is confirmed in fiat currency (USD or EUR), and the exact crypto equivalent is determined before the meeting, formalised in a written Sale Invoice.
Scheduled Secure Meeting: The Artist and Buyer mutually agree upon a secure, convenient, public, or professional location (e.g., a bank conference room, solicitor's office, or secure gallery space) for the exchange.
Inspection is Mandatory: The Buyer MUST inspect the physical Artwork and verify its authenticity and condition against the Sale Invoice before initiating the payment.
In-Person Execution: The crypto transfer is executed directly to the Artist's wallet (via QR code) in person, immediately following a satisfactory inspection.
Immediate Transfer: Possession of the Artwork and all relevant documentation (Certificate of Authenticity, Bill of Sale) is transferred immediately upon the Artist verifying the transaction's successful initiation on the blockchain network.
